Last Wednesday the Everyday Muslim team attended the 9th Annual Community Heritage Archive Group Conference and Award ceremony. Our team was up for the ‘Best New Archive Group’ and we won ‘in a very highly contested category.’

We are really proud of our achievement and would like to thank you all for your support since the project started in Januaury 2014 and we anticipate the next few months to be extremely busy as, we work on a new website, an event and new projects all which will further our ambition to develop an archive of Muslim heritage in the UK and increase cross-sector collaboration to make British Muslim heritage more accessible at the grass roots and community level.
